College Confidence LIVE is a free virtual workshop designed to help high school juniors, seniors, and their parents and guardians confidently prepare for the college application process. During this session, you'll learn what to do now to stay ahead of deadlines, build a strong college list, maximize scholarship opportunities, strengthen application essays, and create a clear plan for the months ahead. Whether you're just getting started or feeling overwhelmed by the process, you'll leave with practical strategies, valuable resources, and greater confidence to navigate the journey together. You'll also learn about visionSPEAK's College Success Academy and College Application Accelerator—coaching programs designed to provide personalized guidance and support throughout the college admissions process. Cancellation Policy
Payment Terms: The total amount specified in the invoice is due within 15 days from the invoice date. Failure to remit payment within this period may result in cancellation. Refund Policy: All payments made for services rendered are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, but we do offer transfers. Service Transfer: In the event that you wish to cancel the current service specified, you have the option to transfer the payment to a different service of equal or lesser value offered by our company. This transfer request must be made within 30 days from the invoice date. Any remaining balance after the transfer will be forfeited and not eligible for refund or further transfer. Transfer Procedure: To request a transfer to a different service, please contact Dr. Candice Johnson via email: visionspeakconsulting@gmail.com within the 30-day period. We will assist you in selecting an alternate service of equal or lesser value from our offerings. Service Value Adjustment: If you choose a service of lesser value, the price difference will not be refunded, and the excess amount will not be carried forward to future transactions. Payment Disputes: If you believe there is an error or discrepancy in the amount charged, please contact us within 7 days of being charged. We will review the matter and make the necessary adjustments if required. By remitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
